Privacy Policy

What we store

• · Your name, email address and password (hashed, never readable by us).
• · The images you upload and the videos generated from them.
• · Your plan, credit balance, and a line-by-line history of every credit movement — that ledger is how we can prove a refund happened.
• · Ordinary server logs.

We do not store card numbers. Stripe handles payment and holds those details.

Who else sees it

To render a video, the image you upload is made available to our model provider (fal.ai) for the duration of the render. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Payments go through Stripe. Email is sent through our mail provider. Google Analytics counts visits to our pages. That is the whole list — we do not sell your data and we do not use your images to train anything.

How long we keep it

Source images are deleted about 30 days after upload. Finished videos stay while your account exists. Raw provider responses are cleared after 30 days, and webhook records after 60. Your credit history is kept for as long as the account exists, because it is a financial record.

Sharing is opt-in

Nothing you generate is public until you share it. A shared clip is reachable by anyone with the link; unsharing removes that access.

Cookies and analytics

We set a session cookie so you can stay signed in. We also run Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people arrive on; it sets its own cookies and sends Google your IP address and the page you are looking at. No advertising cookies, and nothing about you is sold. Blocking analytics in your browser costs you nothing here — the product does not read any of it.

Your choices

You can delete a clip at any time. To get a copy of your data, or to have your account and its contents deleted, email [email protected].
