How long does a clip take?
Usually a couple of minutes. Vertical clips and ones with an end frame take longer. You get an email either way, so you do not have to wait on the page.
What happens if a render fails?
The credits go straight back to your balance, automatically. You are never charged for a clip you did not get.
Do I own what I make?
Yes. Clips are private until you choose to share one, and sharing can be undone.
